Hey guys! As promised, this is the OOC writeup for the plot thus far. The IC explanation will follow whenever LJ stops spitting its dummy out and lets me make comments without varnish errors.

Friday evening! A giant tent was up in the carnival and much fun was had at the soiree, to the point where we broke livejournal a little bit. After a few hours, the virus attacked, meaning it is a safe assumption to link the carnival members (specifically, the one who ran the event, theirduality) to the virus and its various attacks over the past few months. Next Friday! There will be a formal party at the carnival. While the invite claims it's at 7 PM, the post will go up much earlier in the day State-side so everyone will get to play in it. Stuff will be happening later on in the evening! Be there or be square ( Read more... )

There was a hole in camp. Even if you weren't in the cornfields, if you were outside, you could have seen it from afar. Almost anyone would have heard something, at least! And now it is gone and everything is totally normal. Nothing is out of place in the slightest.

To clarify some "plot" things!

At the beginning of the year-ish, a carnival appeared. There was a ferris wheel at first, surrounded by booths with real cotton candy. A month later, a "haunted house" appeared. Roughly two months later, a Tunnel of Love sprung up. They're all together in one area, out in the cornfields. These are permanent fixtures. ( Read more... )
